I grew up in upstate New York and continued my education in the Finger Lakes. Much of my early life was dedicated to athletics, which took a sudden shift when I suffered an ACL tear during my sophomore soccer season at Ithaca College. Having the experience of rehabilitating from an injury during these formative years was pivotal in guiding me towards a career where I can help others to heal and feel their best.
I seek deep connection with those around me, and take pride in providing a compassionate space for my clients to feel listened to and truly cared for. As a provider, I incorporate my many years of physical therapy experience with a passion for embracing the mind body connection. I felt drawn to the Seacoast in 2018, and have been overwhelmed with the sense of warmth and welcome I’ve found in this community. In my free time, I enjoy experiencing live music and spending time outdoors with my fiancé, Oliver, and golden retriever, Cooper. My athletic interests include hiking, snowboarding, soccer, Pilates, Yoga, running, and weight training.
